Missing Cart Data Issues

If abandoned carts aren't appearing in your dashboard, here's how to fix the most common issues.

Required Fields Missing

Carts won't be tracked without:

  • Valid email address: Customer must provide email during checkout
  • Site ID: Your Webflow site must be connected to Maicoro
  • Cart items: At least one product in the cart

Tracking Script Issues

Check your Webflow site settings:

  1. Script installed: Maicoro tracking code in your site's Custom Code
  2. Site published: Webflow changes must be published live

Common Problems

Email Collection

  • No email provided: Customers must enter email before abandoning
  • Invalid email format: Must be properly formatted (user@domain.com)

Quick Fixes

  1. Test tracking: Add item to cart with valid email and check dashboard
  2. Verify script: Search for "maicoro" in your site's page source
  3. Republish site: Ensure latest Webflow changes are live
